These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website sanfordindoorgolfclub.com and the services, facilities, and memberships provided by Sanford Indoor Golf Club ("SIGC," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 61 Washington Street, Sanford, ME 04073. By accessing our website, booking a bay, purchasing a membership, or using our facility, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Sanford Indoor Golf Club operates an indoor golf simulator facility offering two simulator bays, The 100 Club membership, lessons, golf fitness and recovery amenities, private events, and related services. Our facility is open daily (see our About page for current schedule). Hours, pricing, services, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Simulator bays and tee times may be reserved through our third-party booking provider. Rates are charged per bay, per hour, and vary by day and time. By making a reservation you agree to the rate displayed at the time of booking.

Cancellation and rescheduling: 24 hour notice is required for full refund of pre-paid reservations.

Late arrival: Reserved time begins at the scheduled start time; late arrival does not extend the reservation.

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a reservation at our discretion.

SIGC offers a single membership, The 100 Club, limited to 100 members. Once membership is full, new sign-ups join a waitlist. Memberships start December 1, 2026, as described on our Memberships page.

Billing: Monthly membership is $150/month, plus a one-time $150 joining fee at signup, with monthly billing starting December 1, 2026. Annual membership is $1,650 paid up front with no joining fee. The primary account holder is responsible for all charges on the membership account.

Current perks:

1. Exclusive access to the entire facility 7 days per week (Sundays are 100 Club members only)
2. 6.5 hours per month simulator time, then 25% off per additional hour
3. One (1) personalized virtual golf swing analysis per month for the member
4. Access to all fitness equipment in the facility
5. 10% off all merchandise in the facility, including online academy golf instruction
6. Exclusive access to member tournaments and leagues
7. Priority access to instruction and coaching

Coming Soon Member Benefits:

1. 50% off all wellness therapy (Red light, Float therapy, Cold therapy)
2. Four (4) complimentary InBody 380 scans per year

Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. If you cancel, you give up your membership pricing and return to the waitlist if you wish to rejoin later.

Rules: Membership access is for the member only. Guest rates apply for non-members joining a member in a bay.

Member tournaments and leagues are exclusive to 100 Club members and are subject to specific rules and schedules announced from time to time. Participation may require registration and, where applicable, pre-payment.

All payments for bookings, memberships, leagues, and other services are processed through third-party payment providers. Contact us if you need to change or cancel a booking.

While using our facility, you agree to: follow all posted rules and reasonable instructions from staff; treat equipment, simulators, and the premises with care; behave respectfully toward staff and other guests; and supervise any minors in your party at all times. We reserve the right to remove any person from the premises for unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct, or for violation of these Terms, without refund.

You are responsible for any damage to simulators, equipment, or facility property caused by you or members of your party (including guests booking under your reservation or membership) beyond normal wear, and agree to reimburse Sanford Indoor Golf Club for the cost of repair or replacement.

Golf, including indoor simulator golf, involves swinging clubs and physical activity that carry inherent risks of injury to yourself and others. By using our facility, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sanford Indoor Golf Club, its owners, employees, and agents are not liable for injury, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from use of the facility, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and images — is the property of Sanford Indoor Golf Club or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. You agree not to use the website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the site.

Our website and services rely on third-party providers (including booking, payment, and analytics services) and may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms.

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and handle personal information.

The website and our services are provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, regarding the website and services, including accuracy, reliability, and availability.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maine, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maine.
